We started PixiWalls for a very simple reason. We loved finding good wallpapers, but it wasn't always easy to find ones we actually liked. There are so many websites out there, but sometimes the quality isn't great, sometimes downloads are confusing, and sometimes it just takes too long to find the right wallpaper.

That's where the idea for PixiWalls came from.

We thought — why not create a place where good wallpapers are easy to find? That's exactly what we tried to do with PixiWalls. We kept it as simple as possible, so you can find wallpapers you love without any hassle.

👤 About the Founder

The idea behind PixiWalls isn't new. Back in 2009, there was a thought about finding good wallpapers and creating a website for them. At that time, it was just an idea — but life and work got in the way, and the idea got left behind.

In 2026, there was an opportunity to start working on that old idea again. This time, things had changed quite a bit and with newer technology, starting over felt a little easier. That's how work on PixiWalls began.

Even today, PixiWalls is being built in free time alongside a full-time job. The work of making the website better, adding new things, and slowly growing it continues.

The goal is simple — to make PixiWalls a place where good wallpapers are easy to find. There's still a lot to do, but the work continues.
